[pct-l] What churches are near the PCT?

Also George
Ashland, OR has lots of churches. Two on and near the main drag are the
Presby at Syskyou and Walker and the Trinity Episcopal on Second downtown
between East Main and C street which are one way extensions of Syskyou once
you reach the downtown area. They also have 12 step (AA) meetings at those
locatiions.

Just north of Ashland on the Green Springs summit take a right (East) three
miles? four miles? easy hitch to the 21 mile marker and you'll see a group
of brown shingle buildings. The name has changed since I was there 26 years
ago, but it's a Christian College Extension Program into backpacking and
other outdoor activities run by very experienced backpackers and amazing
people. They use to hold their own services in the first building (The
Cookhouse) on the right every Sunday morning. Non-denominational. (Tell
Doug, Sam, Titus, Phil, and Allison I say hello.)
