[pct-l] Palm Springs meeting spot?

If you feel daring, you can probably mooch a phone call at the Juvenile 
Detention Facility at the Verbena off-ramp of Hwy 10.  (top center, Map 
B11)  I wandered in their compound to ask about long term parking, 
without knowing the nature of the facility....now I know where the 
Imperial Valley gang bangers hang.
