[pct-l] Resupplying from Canada

My partner and I are planning at this point to flip flop at Kennedy
Meadows and head southbound from Manning Park in late June.  Does
anyone have any info as far as rules or regulations/ availability of
post offices (in the Vancouver airport or at Manning Park for example)
from which to send a bounce box/ resupply packages south through
Washington?
