[pct-l] alcohol stoves

Whether you can check a stove or not is up to each airline. Some only allow
new unused stoves, others allow purged stoves or certain types of stoves.
If they see your backpack they may ask if you have a stove. Can you break
it down so you only have pieces of beer or cat food cans with no fuel
reservoir?
