Hey Old Gal it was really nice to meet you and have dinner was a big plus at
the Trail Fest.
I'm glad you made it to Seattle O.K.
What I do is buy a cheap duffel bag at Wall Mart or one of the big other
Outlets. They sell them for $11.00 to $19.00. I just put my backpack in with the
trekking poles. I had a problem once with just my backpack they confiscated
my stove. It must be in its original package and never used. I also find it
safer then just the backpack. I later discard the duffel bag
Lonetrail
Munch,
I was under the impression I could take my trekking poles on the airplane,
as long as I checked them with my pack and did not try to carry them on. Am
I wrong in this?
