[pct-l] Ribbons in trees...



I hiked the Tahoe Yosemite Trail back in 1976 and there was no trail per 
se on part of it.  Blue Ribbons were tied in the trees, about 15' off 
the ground, usually in sight of one another.  It was an odd feeling to 
hike as much looking up into the trees as at my feet...
