[pct-l] Cutting a Fuller Ridge trail



Please: no ribbons. Experienced hikers (like AsABat) see them only as
an indication that someone has traveled that way before, not that it's
necessarily the right way. Inexperienced hikers may trust them too
much instead of relying on their own skills. And worse, they're an
eyesore for hikers of all experience levels. There's enough garbage in
the wilderness already; let's not add more.
