[pct-l] Thanks to trail angels for early stocking of San Filipe 3rd gate

We finished section A a few days ago, and just wanted to say how much
we appreciated the efforts of Charlie and Monty in stocking the 3rd
gate cache before we got there. We had enough to make it thru if we
had to, but it was a welcome sight. Also thanks to the Lucky 5 and
Scissors cache guys. Those chairs were great. Also thanks to Monty Tam
for the shuttle to Campo.
