[pct-l] Barrel Springs

I visited Barrel Springs and Scissors Crossing Sunday.  Plenty of water at 
both.
It was very gratifying to see how Barrel Springs had come back from the 
fire.  Instead of black devastation there is now plenty of green grass.  
Even the live oak trees look good.
