[pct-l] Echo Lake Resort to Belden CA

You might want to consider leaving your car at Echo Summit instead of Echo 
Lake. It's about 2 or 3 miles South on the PCT and there is a LOT more 
parking there. Either should be safe (I've left a car in each spot for as 
long as a week during summer), but Echo Lake will fill up quickly and many 
spots are reserved for residents.
