[pct-l] VVR or not to VVR?

We passed through VVR in July 2004.  Our experience was positive, (and
wallet lightening!), but we did kind of sense some weird vibe below
the surface.  The take we got after an evening sharing beers with a
couple of employees was that there was some issues with the
management, but most of the people were cool..
