[pct-l] Jury Duty?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but jury duty doesn't apply to those who are not at the place the notice arrives when it arrives.
I have jury duty myself, in April. I'm going to attempt to get excused. It's usually pretty easy to get excused, I hear. Just act obnoxious.
