I believe there are at least 2 Osprey Aethers. I have the smaller one: Aether 45. Although a larger pack (with it corresponding suspension) is more comfortable with heavier loads, I have carried 45 lbs in the 45 with comfort. Its shoulder straps and hip belt are much more comfortable than those on the GoLite packs. I also like the simple roll-down top and its ability to cinch up a cord on the back when carrying small loads to keep everything close to ones back and not sagging down.
