[pct-l] Oregon Water Situation



I heard on NPR this morning that The Mountains that Feed the Klammath 
River Basin have only about 28% of normal snowpack and that number is 
declining by about 1% per day!

Despite this fact, State officials said that there would be enough 
water to meet all the needs for both farmers and fish populations.  If 
they are willing to say that, then ther should be enough for hikers, I 
would think.
