[pct-l] need help with SanDiego airport

just pick one of the airlines and have everybody meet out front of that one.

It's a little bit of a walk from terminal one to terminal two, but they are
linked for pedestrians and it's doable, especially for folks getting ready
for 2650 miles !!!!
