[pct-l] An Ominous Trend?

	The San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors recently made
it potentially unlawful to use their county's libraries while in a
state of excessive body odor.  Granted that the PCT doesn't go near
San Louis Obispo, nonethelss this could be the start of a trent that
raises yet another obstacle in the path of the thruhiker:
