[pct-l] Controlled Burns Coming to So. Calif?

	The U.S. Forest Service continues to consider plans for
controlled burns and tree thinning in Southern California.  Some
wilderness area boundaries would change as a consequence of the new
forest management plans.  The PCT will be affected, I imagine,
although I have no idea precisely how.
