[pct-l] Fire Permit vs Trail Practices

We all need to feed the bureaucratic animal and
have our permits in order. However, I don't think that 
official blessing will change the 'fire making habits'
of any hiker in possession of a permit.

The bottom line is to be safe.

Anyone care to make an educated, informed post
of do's and dont's with fire, especially alcohol stoves?
