That small calous on the inside joint of your little finger, after about  
1,000 miles on the PCT, is from tying your shoelaces each day several times and  
wrapping the lace around that joint in order to pull the necessary  tension.  
Put just a dab of Earth Therapeutics (www.earththeropeutics.com)  Tea Tree Oil 
Foot Repair Balm on this joint periodically and it will reduce this  calous 
to the point where it will be as soft as a baby's bottom!  ;-)
