[pct-l] Manning park to USA border crossing?

The border crossing is the monument and some signs on the valley floor near
a creek! Say hello, take some pictures, and just keep on going. Chances are
you will find no one there. No office, no building.

Of course that was in 2000 and before. Haven't heard that it is any
different now.
