I got my canadian immigration papers back yesterday, and it states that
all you need is a birth certificate and another form of picture I.D. This is
for American citizens. E.Y.

Ok, I promise I won't post on this subject again, but here's an even
better quote for y'all:
From the 9/11 Commission Report, page 388:
"Currently US persons are exempt from carrying passports when returning
from Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean..."
Unfortunately, it doesn't say what IS required, but this is something right?
