Just picked up WM Highlite last month when I was in the States. Will
use it this summer. If need be, i will wear my Mont Bell Inner Jacket
if temps drop. Here is my first impression...light and compact though
though I rarely stuff a bag into its designated stuff sack preferring
something much larger made of silnyolon. I used it on a spring trip
indoors and believe me this little baby is comfortable! I had been
initially concerned that it would not be wide enough but it is just
right and at 5'6", I appreciate the exact dimensions it came in. You
see, when you traveling distance by plane 10 to 14 hours straight,
nowadays you cannot rely on the tissue paper thin "blankets" they hand
out and with its neat 3/4 zip with foot box, it makes a darn good
travel quilt. Great around the house these days as my place here in
Japan is not exactly made of toilet paper and bubble gum, but I still
like something light and warm to wrap up in on the sofa nap time or on
deck during a cruise (yes, I am an old fart!). Never felt any bag so
comfortable to touch. Will report again after next summer`s section on
the PCT.
