Best place to camp is upstream from the PCT where it crosses Ysidro
Creek. or, otherwise known as "The Magical Disappearing Creek".
Just a couple hundred yards up steam, you'll find many sheltered little
flat spots right next to the creek!
Conveniently located halfway between Barrel Spring and Warner Springs.

WELLL it appears I was a tad confused again......I've always thought
canada verde was that magical hollow 5 miles north of the 79, but it
appears that it's a couple miles south of the 79...
Mike was trying to tell me this before, and Emma with her guidebook has
confirmed the fact I was wrr rrr rrrr rrrr wrong !!!
haha have a good weekend,
s.c.
