Unfortunately for those of us in the pacific northwest, we are seeing none
of the drought-breaking weather.  In fact, early spring flowers are coming
on strong right now.  Most of the foliage looks like early April or later.
It is really nice to have the sun shining all the time, which is usually a
rarity this time of year.  But it is a guilty pleasure.  Hopefully all of
this chaotic weather will even out in the next couple of years.  Right now,
something is definitely out of balance in the natural world.  I believe that
nature is always self-correcting, but sometimes a price is paid to get
things back on track.  We'll see.
