You are in the wrong group to exaggerate weight. :)

I mean, this is the group (meaning thru-hikers) that
will buy titanium sporks to save weight! :D

Just for grins, I also weighed the a pair I have in my
closest. Sure enough, the pair weighed 12.250 oz.

But, what really matters is that you enjoy your hike.
Take the real Tevas, take your Crocs, take the DIY
Camp Shoes..take none at all. It's all good. Just
enhjoy the trail!
