Yogi,
    Thank you for the service you provide by publishing your book.  I have
previously recived the impression from your comments that your book was not
something that you did for profit.  Obviously this is not the case.  My
intention in mentioning this is not to criticize you at all but to suggest
that the original comment posted to the list may have made the same
assumprtion, that you were recieving no profit from the book.  If this were
true, then it would seem to be relieving yourself of a huge burden to post
it for free as a PDF file.  In light of your response I agree that you
should continue to sell your book.  I look forward to recieving mine soon.
