WEll, both women I spoke to were a little perplexed. I
did say many people use them for camp shoes and we
were curious how much they weighed. I susepct most
backpackers don't quibble about 12oz! Thru-hikers are
a different breed. ;-)
At the very least, sure it made for few minutes of
funny banter at the home office.
