Actually, the revisions are not available through my website.  You'll have to 
email me directly.  I just got the revisions back from the printer yesterday 
and mailed them to everyone who has already ordered.  I only printed a 
limited quantity of the revisions, so if you think you need them, email me 
and I'll go into more detail.
