[pct-l] Re: Single source JMT thruhike



The web form only gets you a reservation (for the trailhead itself). When you 
show up in person to pick up the permit, you tell the ranger what you're doing 
and they write it up. There was no special Whitney "stamp"--the permit itself 
just said "Exit: Whitney Portal" and an approximate date.
