[pct-l] Shoes

How far is GA to ME?
Well, I'm only 39. |-) That's only chronological. This body was abused in a short time. I only wish drugs and alchoholy and bad food were the worst abuse ever inflict on it. I hate cars, they hurt.
Well, by short, right now, I mean maybe 20 miles.
I don't know about a 100 mile run. Farthest I've run so far is, 10k, but after the first 3/4 to a mile the drug kicks in. How long does the drug last? Does it keep going?
To send a letter to the whole list, just send it to pct-l@mailman.backcountry.net.

Do other trails have lists and associations?

Here's another thing to think of, if you are going to hike, and you're not rushed, wait 2 hours after you eat so you benefit from the calories, sugar, and carbs.

> Well Kraig I'm only 48. Depending on your perspective only might not be the word you would use. As far as short trails, that depends on your perspective as well. If you run them, like many I have enjoyed reading about lately, a couple hundred miles may be short, a day or two. Then to others that may be long. Give us an idea of wher you live and the lenght you are looking for and I am sure you can get some help here.

Sorry but I don't sit down much, so the computer has not been a close friend. Yet this is a great group, I have read everything for the last few weeks, thought I would try it. Thanks for the help in advance.
