The protracted climb northbound out of Seiad Valley (No Cal) 
finds many a veteran AT hiker choking up from nostalgia. 
Thankfully, though, it's not a PUD. Especially for those who 
then happen to camp at the old fire lookout cabin just off 
trail. Good golly what a viewful.
