[pct-l] pack & body weight

My pack weight for the PCT was approx. 15 pounds including camera, maps, first aid, water containers and filter but not food or water, trekking poles or the clothes/shoes I was wearing. My body weight at the beginning in Campo was 152 and a few days after returning  from Manning Park, I weighed 150. Because of a weight redistribution I looked skinny though. Buzz
