[pct-l] How can I get from PCT near Saugas, CA, to nearest public transportation?

How can I get from where the PCT crosses State Highway 14 about 20 mi. 
east of Saugus to someplace where I can catch public transportation?

This summer I'll walk 900 mi. of the PCT from Mex. to Mammoth, CA. In 
late June I'll leave the trail near Saugus, CA, for 3 weeks. Hwy. 14 is 
a freeway between Palmdale and Santa Clarita, so hitch hiking on the 
highway is illegal.
