[pct-l] Southbounders- baden powel

Baden Powel and the Blue Ridge has about 4-6 ft and it is still early ----- they have closed the Road at Mountain High West so access to Inspiration Point and Vincent Gap are less accessable this winter and maybe not accessable when the thruers or early section hikers come..
