[pct-l] Palmdale to Mojave/Tehachapi Pass

Greetings,

I am flying out in May to hike section E.  My plan is to take the Metrolink
train to Palmdale and then get to Tehachapi Pass, Ca 58 and hike back to
Agua Dulce.  I would rather worry about getting back to LAX from Agua Dulce
than from Mojave.  Plus I'll see many of the thruhikers when I get to the
Saufley's and can give a water report.

My question:  How hard is a hitch to Mojave and then up Ca 58 and the
trail?
