[pct-l] RE: PCT Maps



Good afternoon, John,

For many years there have been PCT maps by the Forest Service other than the
new one shown. There are 3 Oregon maps ... Southern, Central, and Northern
... and 2 Washington maps ... Southern and Northern.  I used them almost
exclusively on the NW 1K miles, and seldom looked at the guidebook.  This
new map sounds very similar, except the older OR/WA maps are not printed on
the heavy stock, they are on regular FS map stock.
