[pct-l] Picking up mail when the PO is closed

Sorry for all the barf-back, but figured someone on the list
MIGHT be interested in having all the info available. It
wasn't easy to find on the USPS website.

Sifting through the info, I noticed that Click-N-Ship was
immune to the 16 oz restriction. Any package sent this way -
or with any type of METERED (not stamped) postage - can
legally be placed in any mail receptacle. Otherwise, if it
has stamps, must weight under 16 oz.

I suppose Click-N-Ship is immune mostly as it would not be a
very functional service otherwise!
