Legally Yes, but not in the national parks

Humainlly NO NOT NODA!!!

If you are doin small miles daily and on a short trip
i see no problem. Otherwise I would not subject a dog
to those miles and temperatures. If you get hot you
stop and drink. A dog will follow you to their death.
