[pct-l] Common Courtesy (was bicycles)



just to clarify your terms, is this correct?

"uphill hiker" = hiker that is *traveling* uphill, not the hiker that 
is positioned uphill relative to the other party.

"downhill hiker" = hiker that is *traveling* downhill, not the hiker 
that is positioned downhill relative to the other party.
