[pct-l] SIx Moons Lunar Solo Tent

Switchback
What happened to the Agua Dulce / Tehachape hike? Isn't that right now?

I'm getting the Lunar Solo soon to use instead of the Europa II I used this
year. The Europa, made by the same guy, is the best I've ever done for a
tent. Two Pounds and lots of room. The Lunar Solo...... 18 ozs!!! I
haven't tried setting one up yet, but I've gotten enough info from Six
Moons Ron, the designer. I don't think you live far from me... an hour?
If you can wait to buy it, you can check out mine when I get it.

Next year's thru-hike I only need a tent for the High Sierra Mosquito
protection. Later on up north, Mosquito protection, depending on how fast
I hike, and rainy conditions. This is so close to tarp weight, I might
consider using it more than that.

I've been trying to get other's opinions about the tent. There haven't
been any reviews done yet, that I know of. I'll post what I find when I
get mine. Ron will, most likely, have them at the KickOff in April. Enough
of them?

Ron has $50.00 off on it ending now (Nov. 30).
