[pct-l] Congress Approves PCT Funds

	According to an article in the San Bernardino Sun, Congress
recently passed a bill approving expenditures for lots of stuff,
including $500,000 for PCT improvements.

	The bill also includes $2 million to relocate the San
Bernardino National Forest headquarters to San Bernardino Int'l
Airport, which sounds a bit odd to me.  But what do I know, I'm just a
programmer.
