[pct-l] Update to PCT: Oregon & Washington guidebook

Roslyn:

This is terrific, and I appreciate you making the update available.
But how about making it (along with errata and update supplements for
your other books) more easily available? Post 'em on your Web site!
Add an "updates" link to the site's navigation signpost.

And speaking of errata: The name of one of your authors (and a member
of this list) is misspelled in some places on the wildernesspress.com
Web site: In search results and on the "What's New" page, John Vonhof
has acquired an extra "f" at the end of his name. (As an author with a
frequently misspelled name, I notice these things!)

Best regards from a longtime WP fan who still has a stack of
correspondence from Tom Winnett before, during, and after our 1977 PCT
thru hike,

Carl
