[pct-l] stealth camping around Hwy 138, mile 516

It's impossible to predict, this far in advance, what time you'll actually
arrive at hwy 138, or what the weather will be. If the weather is hot, the
sun will be out, and you will find no cool shade anywhere north of the
highway. However, in '99, stealth camping was possible virtually anyplace
off of the trail and/or aqueduct, the valley being largely undeveloped.
