[pct-l] PCT map



Both the official State road maps from Oregon and Washington show the PCT; 
some California road maps also show the PCT. There also some forest service 
strip maps for OR and WA (maybe CA now), but they are a bit clumsy to use 
because sections are on both sides and split apart. I think the guides have 
section maps you could string together (copy and paste).
