[pct-l] Scott Williamson Yo-Yo Update

I talked to Scott yesterday and got another message
from him this morning.  I guess the SoCal forests have
gone from record dry to record wet.  He estimated that
30% of the trail is damaged, said that Deep Creek is
unfordable near the dam, many of its tributaries are
raging torrents, and Big Bear broke its entire October
snow record with the snow from just the past 2 days. 
He's now near Lake Arrowhead, and although still going
strong, is pretty sure he won't be finishing on the
6th as he had planned.
