The PCTA is losing one of its key personnel again and is seeking a 
replacement.  Specifically they would prefer someone who has thru-hiked or section hiked 
a significant portion of the trail for pertinent experience and knowledge.

The Pacific Crest Trail Association, headquartered in Sacramento, is 
dedicated to protecting, maintaining and promoting the Pacific Crest National Scenic 
Trail.  Currently, we have the following job opening:

Membership Coordinator / Office Manager  ($$ range:  $24,000 - $28,000)

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

? interact with the Association's 4,200 members
? answer phones & provide trail information to callers
? maintain the membership database
? participate in making decisions that impact the PCT
? advance within the Association

We are seeking applicants with:

? organizational skills    ?  computer skills
? good communication skills   ?  database mgmt experience
? people skills      ?  the ability to prioritize
? on the ground knowledge of the PCT
