[pct-l] Timberline Trail journal



Good evening, Judson,

Thanks for posting this trip to TrailJournals.  It is a good read and a good
advertisement for my favorite local trek.  I agree with every superlative.
By the time most thru-hikers get to Hood they are probably only interested
in resupplying at Cascade Locks, but for a repeat PCT hiker I recommend
turning right at the south Trail-600 junction to hike counterclockwise for
new views of Hood.  It will add about 18 miles, however.
