Humm, let me see, DAMED if they dont & DANMED if they do,that law is put in efect for the honest person,NOT the one that feeds bears along the way, fool well not knowing what they are creatting,and that this bear he is feeding along they way is going after them for more food,and will stop at nothing to get more,that is the same thing as  drug transportation,knowing that they will be stoped somewhere  along there route,yet they keep transporting,when I bear kills becouse you would not give up your food,and a kid was killed with drugs< WHY> didnt they get stoped and searched, the only thing that the bears know is that he is hungry,and he is going to get it ,one way ,or thet other,so the bear was killed and the kid dies,SEARCH & SEIZURE,,,????   THE BULL
