[pct-l] rae lakes loop
I'd say go ahead and use them. When I was through there in September, plenty of
non-JMT thru-hikers were using them and you'll probably be one of only a few
people in the area, so it isn't like you'd be preventing someone else from using
it. I met a ranger at Charlotte Lake, but nowhere else. I'd be pretty surprised
if the stations were manned this late in the year.
