Pretty much the entire PCT in Washington will still be under 10+ feet of
snow in March, with the exception of the first 30 or so miles starting
from the Columbia river, and maybe a few other miles here and there.  It
wouldn't be hiking, it would be good old traditional winter
mountaineering.
